Bestdan’s design office has the expertise and equipment to handle machining with high quality. We are glad to manufacture machined parts from one-off pieces to larger batches.
Alongside our design work, we also operate as a machine shop in Vantaa. In practice, you can send us drawings and request a quote as you would from a more traditional machine shop, but with us it’s flexible—we can work from fairly rough documentation, or even completely without it. From our engineering office you can, when needed, also get supporting documentation, strength calculations, or functional analysis. We have also produced many parts using a reverse-engineering model: bring us an old part and we will build a new model to machine from.
